My Training




I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach through The Institute of Integrative Nurtrion (IIN) and a Certified Movement Analyst (CMA) through the Laban Institute of Movement Studies (LIMS) in NY,NY. I am also certified through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) and am an active member with the International Somatic Movement Educators and Therapists Association (ISMETA).

My education as Health Coach has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with clients  to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. My clients develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for them, improving energy, balance, health, and happiness.

 
LIMS Movement Training

In addition to my nutrition training, I am a Certified Movement Analyst (CMA) through the Laban Institute of Movement Studies (LIMS) and Bartenieff Fundamentals. The Laban language is both a way of seeing clients more clearly, and a doorway through which to guide them in personal exploration and growth. I work with clients to achieve more movement efficiency, to break unhealthy patterns, and to create healthful body mechanics. The way you move is the way you learn and how you function in the world. We together will look at your movement patterns and phrasing to again create lasting and positive change.
